- Service Fulfillment: Delivered on the scheduled appointment date and time. Dr. Surabhi Vaidya conducts a comprehensive 30-minute pulse diagnosis (Naadi Parikshan) and joint mobility evaluation.
2. Delivery of Online Masterclasses & Digital Educational Services
For attendees registering for the Live Knee & Spine Pain Relief Masterclass (₹201):
- Delivery Mode: Digital electronic broadcast room link delivered via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.
